In 2020, the total number of users served was 3.2 million with 89% satisfaction. We have established policies such as “Shimao Group Sustainable Development Policy General Program”, “Shimao Group Policy on Human Rights”, “Shimao Group Policy on Occupational Health and Safety Management” and “Shimao Group Code of Conduct for Suppliers”. At the same time, we give preference to suppliers and contractors who have obtained ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, or who can provide environmentally friendly products and services. As of November 2021, the percentage of our general contractors certified to both ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards exceeded 85%.
